My session was a disaster.

It’s hard running a campaign with 8 people. I try to make it go as smoothly as possible but it still moves along at a snails place, it’s even worse when one player is a non-combat character and spends the session literally sleeping.

It doesnt help that there’s a lot going on that kinda weighs down my mind.

I would love to make things go a lot faster, but it’s only my second time DMing this system and I’m just starting to get a hang of it a little.

Apparently when I left to grab food some of my “friends” had some complaints about the campaign and stuff.

I didn’t find this out till like 10 minutes ago.

I’m not sure what to do about it. I feel really fucking hurt. I finally have a circle of friends I think I can trust and then shit like this happens. I already felt bad that I wasn’t on my “A” game but that just kinda knocked me the fuck down. I’m half considering just straight up cancelling the game and telling them to do their own thing. I thought I was at least good at this, but I guess not -_-/

I’m not sure what the fuck to do with myself now.

Fucking nerd drama

 Run with less people. 8 seems like it’d be hard to manage even with an experienced DM. I would recommend playing with 3 other people as a starting point.
